Making sure mental health treatment is there for children and young people, when they need it, as soon as they need it, so that they can get on with living their lives to their fullest potential.  

We understand how challenging it can be to parent a child or young person with mental ill health. The worry their condition brings and the uncertainty of accessing the right support can be hugely stressful, alongside managing work commitments and supporting your child at home and with school. Sometimes, it can feel as though you just don't know where to turn or what to do for the best.   We are keen to support parents in this situation, by providing time to unwind, talk to others who 'get it', get signposting information and just take time for themselves.   Take a look below for details of upcoming events and activities to support parents and carers and to offer you a little time out for yourself!
